We are planning to leave Saturday at 11am from FCC for ice fishing on the east side of Lake Winnipeg. Our plan is to return around dark. If the fishing is super slow maybe earlier. If we are crushing it maybe a touch later.

We will have a “white elephant” type gift exchange. The twist is that it be something from home that can be re-gifted. Something interesting, funny, useful and ultimately something that can be enjoyed by another. My only stipulation is that it is shoebox size or smaller as we don’t have a ton of space.

Make sure to dress warm (even if it isn’t cool...)!

There will be reprieve from the wind as a few guys from FCC are bringing shacks and helping facilitate the fishing part. Erik will be making food and snacks on the ice throughout the afternoon so no one will waste away!
