Enjoy dessert together at the church as we hear from Dr. Manno from Haut Limbe, Haiti. Dr. Manno has been an instrumental link between the vital work that is going on in northern Haiti and the Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada for years. He will be sharing about the current work being done and the Covenant churches connection to it.

We encourage all to be at this evening as this will be a re-entry point for us back into relationship with that area of Haiti and its people (for those who didn't know, we have sent groups to serve in Haiti in past years). It will also give you a chance to hear about life in a country very different from ours, as well as the opportunity to respond through prayer and support.

The summer BLAST missions offering is going to the work done in Haiti, and so if your kids were a part of the summer BLAST program they will have had a primer on life in Haiti and would likely find this compelling as well.
